In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Decree No. (M/71) dated 08/08/1428, establishing and approving the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO), the company provides unified procurement services, warehousing, transportation, distribution (logistical support), and contract management for government health agencies and beneficiaries.
NUPCO has launched this mobile application to facilitate procurement and supply operations between NUPCO and government health agencies and other authorized beneficiaries. Your use of this application constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between NUPCO and government health agencies, including their authorized users. Each user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and are legally authorized to do so.
Authorized users shall not permit unauthorized persons to access the application. Users must cease using the application immediately once their authorization expires or access is revoked.
Government health agencies must notify and legally bind any successor entity resulting from privatization, restructuring, or independence to these Terms and Conditions.
Access to this application is restricted to approved employees of government health agencies.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames and passwords. Users must not disclose their credentials to others.
Neither NUPCO nor its technical service providers shall be liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized disclosure or misuse of login credentials.
Government health agencies are fully responsible for all activities, transactions, and obligations carried out through the application by their authorized personnel.

All copyrights, trademarks, software, technologies, content, and other intellectual property available within this application are the exclusive property of NUPCO and are protected under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Without prior written permission from NUPCO, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, adapt, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of this application, including its software and source code.
Users shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and data accessed through the application and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from NUPCO.
NUPCO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the application for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons, or due to any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Users acknowledge that Internet communications may be interrupted or intercepted. Accessing the application is entirely at the user's own risk, and NUPCO shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages.
Users may only use this application for its intended governmental procurement purposes. Commercial use or any unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by NUPCO.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These Terms and Conditions apply solely between NUPCO and the users of the application. No third party shall have any rights or benefits under these Terms.
